Privacy policy

What you type into the contact and demo forms: your name, work email, organization, country, job title, the frameworks and hosting option you select, and anything you write in the message field.

A small amount of context sent with the form so we can answer it properly: the page you submitted from, the referring page if your browser sent one, any campaign parameters in the address, your IP address, and your browser user agent. The last two also let us recognise automated abuse of a form that anyone can reach.

Standard server logs generated when a page is requested, containing the requested path, timestamp, response status, IP address and user agent.

That is the complete list. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts or fonts, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels of any kind.

Form submissions are processed on the basis of your consent, given by sending the form, and used for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where you asked for one, to arrange a demonstration or a proof of concept. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use what you send to market anything unrelated to what you asked about.

Server logs and the abuse-prevention fields described above are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping a publicly reachable site available and free of automated abuse.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

A form submission is kept for as long as the conversation it started is live, and for up to twenty four months after the last contact, so that a later enquiry from the same organization has its history. After that it is deleted.

A submission identified as automated or abusive is kept for up to ninety days and then deleted.

Server logs are kept for ninety days.

If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we do, except where a specific legal obligation requires us to retain a record.

What you send reaches the TrustPoint team that operates the platform, and nobody else. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not pass it to a third-party sales or marketing service.

The site and the console that receives your submission run on infrastructure we operate. Where a supplier is involved in running that infrastructure, they act as our processor under contract and may not use the data for their own purposes.

Personal data collected through this site is held in the Sultanate of Oman.

If that ever changes, any transfer abroad will be made only on a basis permitted by the Personal Data Protection Law, and this page will be updated before the transfer begins rather than after.

The site is served over TLS only. Submissions travel encrypted to the platform console, where they are stored in an access-controlled system that platform staff reach with multi-factor authentication, and every read and change is recorded in an audit log.

No system is beyond reach. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the competent authority as the Personal Data Protection Law requires.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop processing it, and withdraw a consent you gave.

To exercise any of these, write to info@trustpoint.om from the address you used, or use the contact form. We answer within thirty days. There is no charge.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, which supervises the Personal Data Protection Law in Oman.

If what this site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date below moves. We do not make a change retroactive: data already collected stays governed by the policy in force when you sent it.
