What this covers
These terms govern use of this website, operated by Advanced Smart Technologies from Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Using the site means accepting them.
Access to and use of the TrustPoint platform is governed by a separate customer agreement, and nothing on this site varies that agreement.
Accuracy of content
The reference content on this site, including the framework and regulator pages, is provided for information. It describes frameworks neutrally and is not legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Take your obligations from the source instruments and your own counsel.
Product capabilities described here reflect the shipped product at the time of writing. Availability of individual modules and connectors depends on your edition and deployment.
Acceptable use
You may read, print and quote this site, with attribution, for your own evaluation and internal use. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, probe or test its security without our written permission, or use the contact and demo forms to send unsolicited marketing, malware or anything unlawful.
Submissions are rate limited and screened for automated abuse. We may decline to answer, and may block a source, without giving a reason.
Third-party names
Product, framework and vendor names used on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply partnership, certification or endorsement in either direction.
The TrustPoint name, wordmark and the content of this site are ours. Reproducing the site as a whole, or presenting its content as your own, is not permitted.
Warranties and liability
This site is provided as it stands. We keep it accurate and available with reasonable care, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the reference content is complete or current for your circumstances.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from use of this site or from reliance on its content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Liability for the TrustPoint platform is dealt with in the customer agreement, not here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The courts of Muscat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of this site.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when it was last changed.
