We quote each organization on its scope and do not publish a price list. This page explains what the price depends on.

What the price depends on

Hosting option: The hosted service is a subscription billed per seat. On-premises and air-gapped installations run on a signed licence file bound to the server, activated online or offline.
Seats: A seat is an enabled user account in your environment. Vendors answering your questionnaires through the external portal do not use a seat.
Modules: Modules are entitlement-gated and can be licensed individually, so you start with what your organization needs and add later.
Plan limits: Each plan sets limits such as the number of users, storage and the number of frameworks.
AI Copilot: You can connect the Copilot to an OpenAI-compatible provider or a local model. When you use your own provider, its usage costs are between you and that provider.

Can we licence a single module?

Yes. Modules are entitlement-gated and can be licensed individually.
